monitor employees for fever, symptoms, and possible interactions with sick individuals

continually training employees on sanitation and hygiene standards

always providing clean, sanitized utensils, flatware, seating, tables, and menus for every guest

deep cleaning and disinfecting of ALL surfaces after each guest leaves

practicing proper hand washing and/or sanitizing techniques at the start of every shift and regularly throughout service

ALL seating options will comply with appropriate social distancing guidelines

we will clean and sanitize ALL common areas regularly (bathrooms, door handles)
